Your partner operation

Your partners bring business. Coordinating it should take less work.

When order details, prices and partner earnings live in different places, your team spends time checking what happened instead of moving the next sale forward.

Konduit connects the records and workflows behind partner selling, while you continue managing the relationships that make your network valuable.

01

Orders need a clear record

Give partners a structured way to order using the products and terms available to them.

02

Resellers need a practical way to start

Provide approved sellers with storefronts they can share, without asking them to build a website.

03

Earnings need an explanation

Keep partner earnings connected to qualifying sales so your team can review how amounts were calculated.

04

Managers need visibility

Review partner activity and orders together to identify where follow-up or support is needed.

Partner models

Set up each relationship around how it works.

Buying at a wholesale price and earning from an attributed sale are different arrangements. Pro adds wholesale workflows; Growth supports reseller selling.

01

Distributors and wholesale buyers

On Pro, manage account access, price lists and wholesale ordering under the applicable commercial terms.

02

Resellers and sales agents

Provide selling tools and track any earnings you agree with your resellers.

03

Stockists and fulfilment partners

Coordinate local pickup and order fulfilment using the inventory and routing configured for your operation.

Workflow

From partner access to a completed sale.

01

Bring in your existing partners

Create partner records and assign the appropriate access.

02

Set the commercial rules

Configure available products, prices and applicable earnings for the relationship.

03

Receive and fulfil orders

Use the relevant storefront or ordering workflow, then follow payment and fulfilment status.

04

Review earnings and activity

Inspect attribution, partner earnings and payable statements alongside the orders behind them.

Partner experience

Make participation useful for the partner.

Resellers get a place to send customers. Pro adds a distributor ordering workflow. Partners can see the earnings you record for them.

Start with a small group, help them complete their first orders and expand as the process becomes familiar.

01

A storefront they can share

Your approved catalogue and selling rules, presented through the partner's storefront.

02

A clear order trail

The details needed to follow orders through the configured workflow.

03

Earnings they can understand

Recorded earnings linked to qualifying transactions. You pay your partners directly.

Operational control

Keep commercial decisions with your business.

Control participation, product access and the available pricing permissions. Apply the relevant earning arrangements and review the resulting activity.

For local pickup, show customers the options supported by your configured inventory and fulfilment setup.

AI

Help your team find the next useful action.

Konduit's AI tools can surface follow-up opportunities such as replenishment, abandoned carts and inactive partners, then help prepare an appropriate action.

01

Across the network

Review opportunities and the activity associated with follow-up workflows.

02

Beside the seller

Help answer product questions and prepare messages partners can share.

03

Within your permissions

Use the available approvals and offer limits for enabled actions. Review activity rather than relying on an unexplained automation.

Storefront chat

“Which body butter is suitable for dry skin?”

“Here is the shea body butter from this store's catalogue. Would you like to view the product?”

A conversation connected to your catalogue.

Product questions then relevant products then checkout. Actions follow the permissions available for your setup.

Shared platform

Keep your direct sales in the same picture.

Your own store remains part of Konduit. Manage direct and partner orders on the shared platform while applying the rules appropriate to each sale.

You can start with Free, Growth or Pro. Upgrade as your network grows without moving your store or catalogue.

Commercial fit

Choose the plan around your operation.

Review the included capabilities and limits for Growth and Pro. For more complex requirements, discuss an Enterprise arrangement and implementation scope.

FAQ

Questions about your network

Must we recruit new partners first?

No. Begin with the people and businesses already selling or distributing your products.

Does every partner need a storefront?

No. A reseller storefront and a distributor ordering workflow serve different jobs. We will demonstrate the setup relevant to your business.

Does every partner receive earnings?

No. Wholesale purchases and reseller earnings follow different commercial terms that you set with each partner.

Can we keep communicating through WhatsApp?

Yes. You can continue those conversations and share relevant store links. That is distinct from native AI chat, which this site describes for storefronts and Telegram.

How do we get partners using the system?

Start with a manageable group and train them on the workflow they need. Expand after they can complete real orders successfully.

Can the AI act without someone approving every step?

Supported actions can operate within the permissions and limits you enable. Some actions require approval. We will show those controls and their boundaries in the demo.

How long will implementation take?

It depends on your catalogue, partner arrangements and required integrations. We will agree scope and responsibilities before implementation.

Is this a shared marketplace?

No. The offering supports your own partner operation. It does not pool different suppliers into one shared shopping destination.
